2. Subscription & Payment

GoastCRM operates on a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees stated at the time of purchase, according to your selected plan.

• We may change pricing with prior notice.

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use GoastCRM only for lawful business purposes. You may not:

• Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.

All content, branding, and software within GoastCRM is the property of GoastCRM or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally perform maintenance, upgrades, or experience outages. We will do our best to notify users of any planned downtime in advance.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a grace period unless otherwise required by law.
