3. Data Ownership & Control

You are the sole owner of your data. GoastCRM does not claim ownership over your customer contacts, notes, or communication records.

  • View or export your data anytime from your dashboard

  • Request deletion of your data by contacting our support team

  • Update your personal or business details from your account settings

Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our active servers within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.


4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or external marketing companies. However, we may share information with:

a. Service Providers

We may use third-party providers to help operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors). These providers are strictly bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements.

  • Resolving disputes

  • Fraud prevention

  • Historical analytics (anonymized)


8. International Data Transfers

Our platform is primarily operated in the United States. If you are accessing GoastCRM from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our infrastructure or providers are located.

By using our services, you consent to such transfers, subject to applicable laws.

GoastCRM is a business platform and is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we discover that a user is underage, their data will be deleted immediately.
